SystiMatic Sawblades

It all starts with blade design. The material being cut, feed rate, speed and power of blade spin all determine the gullet, tooth profile, tooth angle, offset and grind.  Each saw blade body is made from premium alloy steel and is laser cut to perfection. Afterwards they are heat treated and tempered, flattened and tensioned.  Each carbide tooth is then honed to absolute sharpness on a state-of-the-art three axis grinder.
