At Woodworkers Outpost our goal is customer satisfaction so whatever the problem we will do what is fair and right in order to keep you as a customer. If there is a problem, contact us immediately to let us know what is going on so we can rectify it right away.

Returns

If any item is defective due to workmanship we will be happy to replace the product, give you credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer.  Simply return the item, prepaid, to the specified return depot by UPS, FedEX, or USPS (insured).  Please return it with the original packing slip (noting the reason for your return on the back as well as the assigned RGA#, returned goods authorization).  Returns due to incorrect ordering or buyers remorse are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping

In-stock orders placed by 2 p.m. PST Monday through Friday are usually shipped the same day. The Outpost ships most packages using UPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Delivery time is usually 2 to 5 business days across the continental U.S. Once shipped we will provide to you via e-mail the tracking number as well as the sales receipt.  Shipping feeds are displayed prior to final checkout.
